Entertainment Lawyer Experience: 

Corporate and general business: Expertise in special requirements of large firms - managed contract review projects at Jackson & Walker, LLP and Tivoli Systems, Inc. for multi-million dollar projects; provided audit and financial expertise to major software and entertainment firms. 

Entertainment: Experience with major label musicians in acquiring music licenses and copyrights, and in auditing record labels over disputes in royalty payments, contract terms, and publishing issues. Served under the Governor at the Texas Music Office, responsible for music industry development and legal matters. 

Individual and corporate tax: Extensive experience in corporate accounting - conducts tax research and planning on securities offerings; executes sophisticated tax planning for high dollar clients.
